Our Chef Lori is a rising young star of gastronomy who began her career at the Ferrandi culinary school and then with Michelin starred chef Alain Pegouret in his restaurant “ Le Laurent” in Paris. She was Arnaud Tabarec’s Second Chef for 3 years before perfecting her mastery with Chefs Michel Rochedy & Stéphane Buron at the Michelin star gourmet restaurant "Le Chabichou" in Courchevel.
Passionate about cooking from a very young age, Lori has at heart freshness and traceability of the products, precision of a dedicated and singular gesture and teamwork! You will love her fine cuisine …
